What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you? My dad told me when I was a little girl to never wish away a single day waiting for a better one. Life is too short. Celebrate the good in every day.

What do you like about teaching at Bee Loved? The staff at this school genuinely care about the happiness and well-being of every child here. They are a pleasure to work with.

How does your background support your work at Bee Loved? I have a background in teaching elementary school special education, preschool classes, and office management. These three roles have really prepared me well to function as the Assistant Director of Bee Loved.

Our mission is to provide the children in our community with a loving Christian setting; to offer a nurturing and encouraging environment; to guide children in learning about themselves, the world and God’s love; to build children’s self-esteem; and to see children, not as they are now, but as what they can become. What does our mission mean to you? Children are my favorite people. I hope to reflect the love that Christ has for them through my words and actions. I want them to feel confident, nurture a love of learning and develop their ability to love and serve others.
